LOUISE J. (COTE) PAQUIN

resident of Lowell; age 59

LOWELL – Louise J. (Cote) Paquin, 59, a resident of Lowell, died peacefully at Wingate at Belvidere on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Lowell, on April 14, 1956, she was a daughter of Louis J. and Doris A. (Beauchesne) Cote of Lowell.  She attended Ste. Jeanne d’Arc Grammar School and St. Joseph’s High School.

She derived her greatest joys in being a mother, and later in life, a grandmother.  She was a fantastic cook and had a gift for talking.  She could talk to complete strangers as if she had known them all her life.  She loved people and enjoyed making happy the many customers she served while working at Gnoman Copies, 7-11, Ste. Jeanne d’Arc School and Michael’s Variety.

Louise is survived by her son and daughter in law, Justin L. and Erika L. Paquin, and their son Jackson, of Tyngsboro; her father and mother, Louis and Doris (Beauchesne) Cote of Lowell; three sisters, Denise Beaudry, Marie Jeanne (Mudd) Toy, and Michelle Moran all of Lowell; a brother, Leo Cote, of Lowell.  She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews in whom she took a lot of pride; a dear friend, Raymond Carbonneau of Lowell, her former husband, Guy W. Paquin of Lowell; also several aunts and many cousins.

The Paquin and Cote Families would like to express their appreciation and thanks to the staff at Wingate at Belvidere, Beacon Hospice, and especially the doctors and nurses at Lahey Clinic, 7West.
