Mrs. Priscilla M. (Chartrand) (Ballard) Weinstein

1937 - 2017

Mrs. Priscilla M. (Chartrand) (Ballard) Weinstein, age 79, a resident of Lowell, died peacefully on April 25, 2017 at a local nursing facility, surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of the late Nathan Weinstein who died in 2005.  

Born in Lowell on May 10, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Wilfrid and Emma (Corcoran) Chartrand.

Priscilla was an accomplished pianist and loved singing, she also enjoyed playing cards, cooking, and traveling.

Prior to her retirement, she had worked as a secretary for many years.

She is survived by a son and daughter in law, Scott and Lynnda Ballard of Devon, England; a daughter, Sandra Ballard of CT; five grandchildren, Steven Ballard Torres and his wife Erica, Kenneth Santos Silva, Chelsea Edwards, Lily Ballard and Takara Ballard; a great grandson, Logan Steven Torres; and many dear nieces and nephews.

She was the mother of the late Steven Ballard and sister of the late Loretta Chartrand, Bertha Chartrand, Blanche Simard and Jeannette Brown. 

WEINSTEIN – Mrs Priscilla M.
