Pearl T. (Dupuis) Beauchesne

 1931 - 2018

Pearl T. (Dupuis) Beauchesne, age 87, a longtime resident of the Pawtucketville section of Lowell, passed away unexpectedly on December 19, 2018 at Lowell General Hospital.  She was the wife of the late Gerard A. Beauchesne who died in 1990.

Born in Lowell on July 3, 1931, she was a daughter of the late Charles J. and Irene (Robert) Dupuis.

She was educated in the Lowell School system and was a graduate of St. Joseph High School. 

In earlier years, Pearl worked at the former Bon Marche Department Store and Lowell & Chelmsford Card & Gift Shop.  She was a parishioner of Notre Dame de Lourdes Church until its closing and was a current member of St. Rita’s Parish.  She dedicated her life to volunteering for many Societies’, Church and Religious organizations including the former Notre Dame de Lourdes Church and The Associates of the Sisters of Charity of Ottawa. Most recently she was very active at the D’Youville Life and Wellness Community serving in many capacities, as well as the D’Youville Ladies Guild.

She is survived by a sister, Pauline Abney of Port Arthur, TX; many special nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, great grandnieces and great grandnephews and many dear and lifelong friends.

Pearl was also the sister of the late Robert Dupuis and Lucille I. Charbonneau.

BEAUCHESNE – Pearl T. Beauchesne.  Relatives and friends will be received at the MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, 308 Pawtucket Street, Lowell, MA, on Saturday morning from 8:30 to 10 a.m.  Her Funeral Mass will take place immediately following at 10:30 a.m. in the Parish of Saint Rita, 158 Mammoth Rd., Lowell, MA 01854. Committal services will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to D’Youville Foundation/Ladies Guild, 981 Varnum Ave., Lowell, MA 01854.
