DRACUT - Paul W. Menard, formerly of Lowell, died on October 18, 2018 at the Lowell General Hospital. He was a son of the late Armand and Dorothy (Shanley) Menard. Survivors include a brother, Armand Menard of Lowell; a sister and brother in law, Carol Carney and her husband Robert of Tewksbury, nieces, nephews and his caretaker Robert Settles of Dracut.
