Maurice C. Emond

1932- 2018

Mr. Maurice C. Emond, age 85, a resident of Lowell, died on Monday, May 7, 2018, at the Willow Manor Nursing Home, with his family by his side.

Born in Lewiston, ME on August 10, 1932 he was the son of the late David and Alphonsine (Rheault) Emond.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served from 1952 until his honorable discharge in 1956.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a manager by Raytheon Co.

Maurice was a longtime friend of Bill W, where he made many friends.

He is survived by four sons and two daughters in law, Paul and Teri Emond of Methuen, David and Debbie Emond of FL, Mark Emond of FL and John Emond of FL; two daughters and two sons in law, Joan and Frank Ingalls of FL and Annette and Earl Timmons of FL; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and dear friends.

He was also the brother of the late Paul Emond, Robert Emond, Leo Emond, Bella Lucas, Jeannette Emond and Georgette Cheetham.

EMOND – Maurice C. Emond.  It being his wishes, there will be no visiting hours.  A committal service with military honors will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford, to which all are invited.  Arrangements by the R.
