Henry “Hank” J. Veillette, age 65, a resident of Nashua, NH. died suddenly on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua. He was the beloved husband of Janet M. (Ray) Veillette.
Born in Lowell on June 22, 1952, he was a son of the late Roland J. and Leda M. (Hebert) Veillette.
Hank was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served from 1972 to 1983.
He had been employed as a receiving manager for Somerville Lumber, Friends Lumber, Bed Bath and Beyond, and more recently he worked in the commissary at Hanscom AirForce Base in Bedford, MA.
Hank enjoyed playing bingo, fishing and golf. He also loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.
Surviving him in addition to his wife Janet are two sons and a daughter in law, Eric Finn and his wife Paula; Marc Veillette and his fiancé Erica; a daughter, Megan Veillette and her significant other Michael Dutton; seven grandchildren, Robert, Shyla, Payton, Makayla, Joseph, Emma and Miss Hailey, all of Nashua, NH; four brothers and a sister in law, Richard J. Veillette of OH., Jean-Paul Veillette and his wife Carol of MO., William B. Veillette and Bruce E. Veillette of Lowell; two sisters, Jacqueline M. Veillette and Norma J. Veillette both of Lowell; his aunts and uncles, Henry J. and Janet Hebert, Charles and Pauline Panagakos; also several nieces and nephews.
He was also the brother of the late Roland H.J. Veillette, Sr.
VEILLETTE – Hank J. Veillette, age 65, a resident of Nashua, NH died on Tuesday, September 26, 2017. Husband of Janet M. (Ray) Veillette. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the R.W. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME 308 Pawtucket Street, Lowell. His committal service will take place on Tuesday, October 3, at 1 p.m. in the Chapel at St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
