Therese E. (Loranger) Donaldson

1919 - 2018

Mrs. Therese E. (Loranger) Donaldson, age 98, a former longtime resident of the Belvidere section of Lowell, died on Saturday, January 13, 2018, at the Sunny Acres Nursing Home in Chelmsford.  She was the wife of the late Marcel Donaldson who died in 1999. 

Born in Lowell on December 18, 1919, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Corinne (Guertin) Loranger.

Therese was a graduate of St. Joseph’s Elementary and High School and Lowell Commercial College.

For over forty six years, she was the supervisor of the medical records department at the former St. Joseph Hospital.  She also worked as the medical records secretary for the office of A.J. Reppucci, MD.

She is survived by a nephew and his wife, Richard and Laurette Donaldson of Chelmsford and two grand nephews, Kenneth Donaldson and Gregory Donaldson. 

She was predeceased by her brothers and sister, Rev. Leon Loranger, OMI, Homer Loranger, Rene Loranger, Roland Loranger, and Salonge Loranger and her cousin and dear friend Louisa Hickey.
