Mr. Frederick H. Kendall, age 72, a resident of Lowell, died on August 27th 2015, at the Lowell General Hospital - Saints Campus. He was the husband of Priscilla N. (Gitangu) Kendall. Born in Boston, MA on September 15th 1942 he was the son of the late Lawrence and Caroline L. (Horne) Kendall. Frederick was the owner and operator of C.H. Auto Repair in Billerica. He will be sadly missed by his wife, children and extended family and friends.
