Ernest J. Boure, 80, of Dracut, was reunited with his wife, the late Mona (Humbles) Boure on June 14th, 2016. He was surrounded by his loving family at the time of his death. Ernest was born on May 1st, 1936 in Roxbury, MA and was the son of the late Edward N and Mildred (Snow) Boure. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Korean War from 1954 to the time of his honorable discharge in 1957. Prior to his retirement, he was an administrator in the Human Resources department at Raytheon Company. Ernest was a member of the Aleppo Shriner's having earned Third Degree Master Mason, and was also a Worthy Patron of the Order of The Eastern Star. He took great pride in his accomplishments. Ernest spent a significant amount of time, traveling the country with his wife and children, visiting family. He particularly enjoyed his time at his home in California and his beach house in Seabrook, New Hampshire as well as all of the family reunions he hosted. He leaves two sisters, Constance (Boure) Kazlauskas of Westford and Anna (Boure) Gately of Hanover, as well as a brother Gerald of Whitman. He was the brother of the late William Boure, Edward Boure, and Lillian (Boure) Chandonnet. He is survived by his daughter, Theresa A. Sullivan and her husband Jason of KY, his daughter Mechelle (Boure) Fortin, who lovingly cared for him in his later years, and her husband Roger, his son Mark Boure and his wife Katrina of NH, and his son Chris B Boure and his wife Kerryann of Dracut. He is survived by his grandchildren, Mathew, Jimmy Jr, Nicholas C, and Gabrielle A, as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and godchildren. He was also the grandfather of the late Jason Graham.
